Exchange & Return Policy
At Smallie Oma, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with every purchase. Please read our exchange and return terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
- Shoes may only be accepted for exchange or return within 24 hours of the original purchase date and time, as indicated on your receipt.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory.
- Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including the shoe box, labels, and accessories).
2. Conditions That Void Exchange/Return
We cannot accept shoes for exchange or return if:
- They have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after purchase.
- The original packaging is missing or damaged.
- The request is made after the 24-hour window from purchase.
3. Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. If the exchange item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
4. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed only within the 24-hour period after purchase.
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Sale and Clearance Items
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective at the time of purchase.
6. Defective Products
- If you believe the shoes are defective, please notify us immediately within 24 hours. We will inspect the item, and if confirmed defective, we will offer an exchange or full refund.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To process an exchange or return:
- Contact us via phone/Whatsapp within the 24-hour period.
- Bring the item along with the original receipt and packaging to our store.
